Our factories have all the necessary equipment and production items to carry out any project you may entrust us.

The total surface of our premises spans 10.000 m2, divided into several dependences.

Our headquarters are located in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona).

We also have other premises in the Industrial Area of Can Calderón (Barcelona).

In addition, we have a local workshop located in the region of Alt Camp (Tarragona), that helps us serve our clients in the area.

In order to expand our network, we have recently acquired another workshop in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Our machinery is composed of:

• 3-tonnes, 5-tonnes and 10-tonnes overhead travelling cranes.

• Folding machines.
• Shaping machines.
• Barrels.
• Punching and shearing machines (Geka).
• Continuous saws.
• Welding machines (Semi-automatic arc welding machines, 500A, argon +   CO2 shielding gas).
• Plasma cutting

• A 2.5-tonnes light truck.
• A 4-tonnes medium truck.
• Three 8-tonnes platform truck.
• Twenty Ford Tourneo Connect vans.
• An eight-seat van.

As a vital step to benefit from the advantages of new software, we permanently update our team's technical training.

The specialized programs we rely on are Bocad-3D and X-Steel. Both were developed for the detailing and the production of 3D models, plans, drawings and material lists required by the steel industry.
